Andrea Hatch joined Urban Alliance in June 2023 as its National Director of Evaluation. Andrea has over 13 years of non-profit leadership experience in program implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement. Prior to joining Urban Alliance, she has worked with domestic non-profits and international NGOs in the fields of workforce development, education, health, water and sanitation, and gender equity. Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound and holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
