Eboni Thomas is an Internship Program Lead at Urban Alliance Detroit. She was born and raised in Detroit and received her Bachelor’s in Communication from Oakland University in 2018. Before Urban Alliance she was a fellow with a Detroit nonprofit called Challenge Detroit, where she worked on different growth projects with several organizations in the city and had a temporary placement at DTE Energy working in HR workforce development. Eboni has a passion for community and relationship building within Detroit. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, roller skating, taking walks through her community, and listening to music.
