Jauntez Bates was born and raised in the City of Detroit. He is a 2018 political science graduate of Bowling Green State University. A member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He is deeply dedicated to cultivating a culture and community that supports young people, especially young black males. Bates knows all too well how easy it is to slip through the cracks and head down a path that is not productive. For fun he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and dancing.
