Ananda Badili

Director of External Partnerships, Chicago

Ananda Badili is the Director of External Partnerships for Urban Alliance Chicago. Prior to joining Urban Alliance, Badili worked for the Clayco Foundation where she spearheaded fundraising efforts for the Foundation’s Juneteenth Fund.

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Badili attended ChiArts, Chicago’s first public arts high school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Gender Studies, and Education from Knox College.

Badili is an alumna of the Northwestern-United Way Board Leadership Institute, and currently serves on the Ambassadors Board at Youth Guidance, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through school-based programs and mentoring relationships, as well as the Board of Directors at Alternatives, an organization committed to serving Chicago’s youth through behavioral health and restorative justice with a focus on equity.

She is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and advocating for marginalized communities.
