Katie joined Urban Alliance – Baltimore in July 2014. Since that time, she has served the young people of Urban Alliance as Program Coordinator, Alumni Services Director, and Director of Workforce Initiatives. She continues to support the national and regional program teams as administrator of the Canvas Learning Management System and curriculum contributor.

Katie holds both a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Secondary School Counseling from Lehigh University, as well as a M.S. in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University. She is an active educator in the Baltimore area, working as an adjunct math instructor at the University of Baltimore and providing one-on-one tutoring services in math and other content areas.
