Cameron Boulden joined Urban Alliance as the HR Generalist in early 2025, serving out of the Greater DC location. Originally from Pennsylvania, he studied Human Resource Management at the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia. Cameron has over seven years of banking experience, during which he held leadership and operational management positions.

 

Since relocating to the DC area in 2019, Cameron has transitioned to the non-profit sector, where he has discovered his passion for serving diverse communities. With expertise in relationship management, business acumen, and strategic planning, Cameron looks forward to supporting the Urban Alliance team and students to the best of his abilities.
