Christine Gregory

Christine Gregory is currently a Diversity Equity and Inclusion consultant and CEO/Founder of Harmony Global Foods, LLC, a consumer-packaged goods company that makes high quality, modern ethnic food. Ms. Gregory is an attorney and alumnae of the University of Michigan Law School where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She is also a graduate of Hampton University, a historically black college.
Ms. Gregory was previously the Chief Operations Officer of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. She was responsible for the organization’s day-to-day operations, technology, legal and risk management, performance improvement, and the health and safety of employees. She served as Board liaison, led all aspects of LDF’s response to COVID-19, and worked as a strategic partner with the President and Director-Counsel to ensure that LDF’s operations aligned with its strategic goals and objectives.
Prior to joining LDF, Ms. Gregory worked in higher education administration as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Diversity, and Title IX at Marymount Manhattan College and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Michigan Law School.
Ms. Gregory began her career in Washington, D.C. as the first Executive Director of the Urban Alliance Foundation, where she currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
