Urban Alliance was selected for a pilot program, in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management, to offer internships within the federal government to over 20 DC high school students. The students will participate in Urban Alliance’s proven year round internship model while working at the Office of Personnel Management in Northwest DC. Students will receive case management, professional skills training, and post-high school planning assistance from Urban Alliance while gaining valuable experience as part of the federal workforce.
